Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist


Brooke has an Associates degree in Business. She has also completed her course work and state examination to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Her goal is to help her patients get the most from their hearing abilities and will work with you in a friendly and encouraging manner.

Gina has been with Darr & Associates, Inc. twenty-nine years. She is our patient care coordinator; her smiling face is your first contact when you walk through our door. Her voice is who you hear on the phone. She works to identify your problem and get you the help you need. She wants you to feel comfortable coming to our Darr & Associates family for your hearing healthcare needs.

Gina and her husband have two grown children. She is a nineteen year member of a local euchre club, and also enjoys spending time at their lake property in the summer reading, fishing and just relaxing.

HermanBrenda Herman
Office Assistant




Brenda has been with Darr & Associates eight years. Her main responsibilities revolve around bookkeeping, maintaining our patient data base, and helping with our shipping and receiving. She also helps out on special projects and is our 'go to gal".

Brenda and her husband have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren. She keeps us entertained with stories about the little ones! Brenda is an avid sewer and brings in items she makes for all of us. She is now president of the St. Joseph County Extension Homemakers and donates baby items to the B.A.B.E. program. She also plays golf, enjoys reading, and gardening in her spare time.
